Chocolate Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 1 minutes
Yields: 1 person
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (you can add more of this or even some water depending on thickness you like)
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop of your favorite non-flavored protein powder (I like the Standard Process vegetable protein with this)
1/2 avocado
1 handful spinach
2 tbs cacao powder
1-2 tbs sweetener (I like to use thai coconut sugar but you can use honey, agave, stevia or some other low-glycemic sweetener)
Ice
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for about 1 minute.
Drink and enjoy!!!
