Banana Split Smoothie

Yields: 1 drink
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1 tbsp cacao
1tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
Optional Ingredients:
Coconut Sugar or Stevia for added sweetness to counter the chocolate
Ice for added coldness or thickness
Try throwing a few spinach leaves in to get your greens
1 tbsp peanut butter for added protein
Directions:
Take all ingredients and put into your blender and blend on high. I use a Vitamix blender which is powerful, but if you do not have one, see how your current belnder does at pulverizing these ingredients. Also, I fill the water about half way up the ingredients, but you can experiment depending on how thick or juicy you like your drink.
